Damaged / Defective
In an unlikely event, You receive a damaged / defective product you are required to get in touch with the customer service team within 12 hours through any of the below mentioned channels:
Upon receiving your complaint, Party-anthem shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if convinced that the complaint is genuine, Party-anthem will arrange for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Party-anthem reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Party-anthem in this regard.
*Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
Please note that personalized items can only be returned if the goods are faulty.
Online purchases made through www.party-anthem.com are valid for exchange, refund or credit within 15 days from the Ship date. Items must be returned unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Please note that the return shipping is not paid by Party-Anthem, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged or defective items. Party-Anthem will then verify the products before the refund is processed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear in your statement. All refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment that was used.
