Balloons arrive uninflated. Can be blown with air or helium. Comes with a straw to inflate the balloons. Helium inflation available at Party Anthem store, Mumbai at an additional cost. Always dispose of balloons properly. Do not release balloons into the air. Do not use Hydrogen as it is flammable.
